Hi all,

Most of my recent effort on Seq.pm has been with the documentation, the new
code is available for viewing at http://www.ayf.org/~c_raffi/bioperl/

The HTML POD documentation [55k!] is at:

Comments/suggestions/corrections are appreciated

The most urgent item on my agenda is getting the dup() function to work.
I'll be seeing Richard Resnick on Wednesday and I'm confident that he can
clear things up for me.
