Bioperl: Dynamic HTML

Just when you've mastered Perl and Java, something else comes along.
C|Net has offered some tips for web authoring, including advice to use
dynamic HTML instead of CGI scripts and Java:

It's an interesting idea, but as they state, this technology is not
yet ready for prime time, but it is worth watching. With so many tools
available, it can be difficult to master *how* to use them as well as
*when* to use them.
There are some other interesting tips at this site which may be of
interest.
