[Biojava-l] How to combine multiple Sequence objects into asingleSequence object?

Hi -

If someone has an example of joining lots of EMBL sequences with SimpleAssembly and ComponentFeature (or something similar) could you send it to me so I can make an example for biojava in anger as a reference for solving this problem in the future?
