[Biojava-dev] Feedback on GSoC project proposal

Hi,

just to chime in on this: We already have fasta parsing and a hmmer3
parser (as part of the web service module, assuming that's the same
xml). I would prefer not to rewrite those parsers but make them easier
to find via a single entry point.
