Hi all, 

I'm looking into "RT" from http://www.bestpractical.com

It is being used by the open-bio people for their request tracking, so
if it serves our purposes we could easily piggy-back.

if anyone knows about this, please send your opinion.  I'm just starting
to look at it now...
