[BioRuby] New version announcement? Was: Unit tests

I was a bit surprised to read this.  I see 0.7.0 is available at 
http://bioruby.org/archive/ , but as far as I know there was never an 
announcement on the mailing list and the main webpage has no mention of 
0.7.0.
