[Bioperl-pipeline] Genome Sequence Annotation Example

Just to mention that I haven't disregarded this, I am actually gradually
doing it, but first I was horrified to see how badly bioperl-run fails on
"unprepared grounds" so I am trying to make the tests report possible
problems (e.g. java versions, missing programs, module dependencies, etc.)
