The start/end positions I get back from an exon query in EnsJ do not match
the web:

EnsJ
------------
Exon: ENSE00001136516
Map: DEFAULT_ASSEMBLY
Chrom: 17
Strand: -1
Start: 28289613
End: 28289712
Length: 100

Web
------------
Exon: ENSE00001136516
Chrom: 17
Strand: -1
Start: 30442615
End: 30442714
Length: 100

The numbers are off by 2,153,002. Can anyone explain why this is the case?
Does it have to do w/ viewing 2 different maps (DEFAULT_MAP v. MAP 31)?

Thanks,
Jim Eberle
