[Open-bio-l] BioSQL schema: some questions

Chris,

I fixed the bioentryentry index on bioentry_taxa (it duplicates the primary key).

The numeric type and size used is all (full-size) INTEGER as it seems; I assume that the size specifications in parenthesis are not supposed to effect the actual storage type (the MySQL doc states that int(4) means full-size INTEGER, and values padded to length 4 when displayed).
