[MOBY-l] ocal Central installation

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for the link. For whatever reason I ended up following the documentation here:
http://biomoby.open-bio.org/CVS_CONTENT/moby-live/Docs/MOBY-S_API/InstallingLocalMOBYCentral.html

But there I did not find info on authorities and resources.

Need to do some more apache configuration but I'm getting closer.
