[MOBY-l] Release 0.6.0 available

Hi all, 

I just made a release of the code to coincide with the release of the
latest Gbrowse.  Gbrowse now ships with both a MOBY-S client as well as
~10 MOBY Services that auto-install/register to serve data out of the
underlying Gbrowse database.  It was necessary to make an "official"
release in order to build the RPM packages for installation.

Please let me know if you try this and find any bugs!

... wow... our first release :-)  We're growing up!
