Dear Moby-ers,
Thanks to strong help and encouragement from Michael E. Smoot I have
finally managed to Ant-alize the jMoby project. This makes the usage of
the jMoby easier especially for windows users where the previous makefiles
migh have caused headache.
Developers do not need to download or install anything special (they
even do not need to have Ant installed) - just 'cvs update -dP' and follow
(hopefully) simply instructions in README.
The end-users can download a binary distribution from
http://industry.ebi.ac.uk/~senger/jMoby/dist (in tar.gz or zip format).
This distribution was improved in two ways:
   * it includes now also documentation
   * it does not require any environment setting - just unpack it and, for
example, type:
   sh run-testing-central
or, for Windows:
   run-testing-central.bat
in order to test almost all API methods on the running BioMoby server. Or
use more serious client:
   sh run-cmdline-client -help
or, again for Windows users:
   run-cmdline-client.bat.

Any comments are as usul very welcome.
   Martin
