[MOBY-l] Four new services

Hi all,

I've just added four new services. Three of them retrieve sequences from
PlantsP (proteins related to phosphorylation, transporters, and
ubiquitin). You can get Protein, DNA or RNA.

The fourth service will BLAST a protein sequence against all viridiplantae
protein available as of May 9, 2003.

The service names are

  plantspBlastP
