[MOBY-l] Input types

We need an input type for At number in addition to Genbank/GI.

Mark, would you choose a good name for it and create it? I'd like to see
the script that creates the OntologyEntry if you would forward it my way.

BTW Simon tells me that my service has been successfully installed on his
server...I gave him a copy of it.
