[MOBY-dev] jars archive?

Hi all,

I think that updates to the jars archive accessible from the Web don't 
work anymore (and perhaps not for some time).  I committed a WAR file 
there last month, and notice it isn't at the Web location for the jars 
archive anymore.  i.e. I was expecting there to be a ...

Is the jars-archive update from CVS intentionally defunct?  If so, where 
in CVS should we put all the WARs I create for people to write services?
