[MOBY-dev] Test Central: not accessible by Taverna

Hi!

We just experience problems with the new test registry 
(http://bioinfo.icapture.ubc.ca/cgi-bin/mobycentral/MOBY-Central.pl). When I 
try to create a new biomoby scavenger pointing to that registry I get an 
error saying
"org.embl.ebi.escience.scuflui.workbench.ScavengerCreationException: Could not 
retrieve and or process RDF document for BioMoby Objects"

So it seems there is something wrong with the RDF resolution... Eddie, can you 
have a look at it?
