   Well, we can argue this logic :-)
   However, more important is that this mechanism is not a bad one for the
thing we were talking many times - a 'ping' request. Therefore, I will be
happy to add it to the services generated from Moses. But I suggest to
do first:
   * a clear definition of this feature in the MOBY API;
   * including a suggested value for HTTP_USER_AGENT variable that should
be used when this 'ping' is invoked;
   * give service providers time (a deadline) for including this into
their services - and only after that your agent should consider services
'dead'.
