[MOBY-dev] Suggestion for new tag in Parameter(Secondary Input specification)

Dear all,
   I have updated jMoby in order to handle description in/for the
secondary inputs (parameters).

   [ Details:
    * MobySecondaryData includes now set/get method for description. Also
its toString(), toXML() and from XML method have been updated.
    * Dashboard Registration panel now has an additional column in a table
creating definitions of the secondary inputs - allowing multi-line
descripion to be entered. ]
