[MOBY-dev] RDFs from dashboard

Thanks to the Dirk message, I have fixed a bug in jMoby's CentralImpl.java,
concerning storing locally an RDF document received from the service
registration request. Now the stored file (if you register your service
using Dashboard, the returned RDF file is stored automatically on a place
you tell Dashboard) is a proper XML document. It would be nice if somebody
with a public server can test it (public, because it must invite the RDF
agent to check the document).

Please "cvs update -dP", as usual.
