I believe that the LSID resolver and the RESOURCES script are both now 
outputting our latest version of the Service Instance RDF.  We're 
sending it to Pinar today along with the changes that are required in 
the myGrid ontology to make it compatible (i.e. things that we think are 
wrong in the myGrid ontology... cheeky buggers that we are!).  Hopefully 
this will be useful to you in that you will be able to write a single 
tool to explore both registry systems for your research.
