[MOBY-dev] Java packages conversation

Hi,

I have a structure that I would like comments and
suggestions on. Some of the code is neither yet documented
nor available on the cvs, but I was hoping to see what
everyone thinks anyways.

I basically used the 3 current packages (shared, client and
registry) and created some detailed packages underneath
them. I produced some java documentation and uploaded it to
http://bioinfo.icapture.ubc.ca/ekawas/doc/.
