[MOBY-dev] recompiling Apache

It seems to have settled down a bit now.  All I did was install a newer 
version of DBI!

There's still a segfault in the error log that happened some time in the 
past 6 hours, but that is better than the several dozen per hour that 
were happening a few days ago :-)

I'll keep an eye on it, but for now it seems somewhat stable (touch wood!)
