So the only case that is missing is where the Consumer declares it
consumes a collection, the producer emits a single, but you want to
"bulk" those simples (or even simples arising from disparate upstream
service outputs) into a single input collection.  I believe you said you
had a widget that would do that already, but I can't remember which one
it was...??
