[MOBY-dev] MOBY Central and the MOBY-DIC meeting

I think this is fairly good evidence that MOBY is not "robust" in the face of 
power outages, flooding and other acts of god.  This would *not* have 
happened if we had used a tried and true technology based on papyrus or clay 
tablets.
