[MOBY] [MOBY-dev] problem building java biomoby

Hi, 

welcome to moby-dev, by the way - I see you just joined :-)

I should remove the Makefile from the CVS - it is out of date and nobody
has stepped up to the plate to babysit that piece of code.  I have it on
my list of "things to do", but it never gets done :-(

I'll leave Martin to answer questions about the Java part of the CVS,
but I can assure you that the Perl part does not require the Makefile. 
Just use the modules exactly as they are in the CVS and they will work
just fine.
