[GSoC] GSoC 2018 is on

Dear fellow mentors,

we've been accepted into the 2018 GSoC. At this stage, we need to get
all the mentors signed up.

For that, I need the following from you:

* An email address associated with a Google account
* What subproject you are mentor for
* A phone # to reach you if we need to contact you urgently but all
your emails get eaten by ravenous bugblatter beasts.

Once I've got that info, I'll send out the invite to the GSoC page.
I'm looking forward to working with you for this year of Summer of
Code.
