[GSoC] GSoC 2014, interested in idea "Integrate basic biological data analysis capabilities in fastR"

Dear OBF group, dear Alberto Arrigoni,


I am Olga Ivanova, I am currently living in Amsterdam and learning
bioinformatics and systems biology at UvA (University of Amsterdam) and VU
University Amsterdam. I have 2 years of experience in java programming in
outsource company in Russia. You can find my resume here:

It is my first year of master, we should have an internship in summer. So,
GSoC for me is not only possibility to contribute in bioinformatics
development, but it can be also part of my study. I am particularly
interested in idea "Integrate basic biological data analysis capabilities
in fastR". I have some doubts about it since I have pretty good experience
in java, but I can't say the same about R language. I would like to ask
about any extra information for the project and would appreciate any help
and comments!
