[EMBOSS] EMBOSS ftp problem

Hi Sebastien,

You can use the mirror EBI maintains until the EMBOSS folder on open-bio 
is available again.

   ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/unix/EMBOSS/

Currently EBI mirror includes only the latest release.
