[EMBOSS] What causes this NEEDLE warning?

Hello All,

Here's the Pastebin Link for the two sequences pasted as is. The alignment
is generated without any problem I guess. I've checked it with the online
version at EBI.

The EMBOSSVERSION is : 2.10.0-Win-0.8
