[EMBOSS] dbxflat problem - no more

Hi Alan,

Problem has gone away! I had a cronjob that hadnt finished and so there were 2 dbxflat processes 
trying to write to the same files.

Needless to say things got a little confused and I got that error message.......

Just need to be a bit more careful.
