[EMBOSS] extractalign.html

Hi,

I run EMBOSS 4.1.0 release, every thing is ok but I don't have 
the extracalign.html file in the directory :
/emboss-4.1.0/share/EMBOSS/doc/html/emboss/apps/

When I use command line it is the same :
>tfm extractalign
Displays a program's help documentation manual

Only this command line is possbile :
extractalign -h

Do you know why?
