[EMBOSS] JASPAR

Hello--

    What would be involved in using the JASPAR database
(http://jaspar.genereg.net/) with EMBOSS? The TRANSFAC database is not
available for download (not without paying a hefty fee anyway), which
limits the utility of the tfscan program.
