[EMBOSS] Help: About Jemboss

Hi,

I've installed EMBOSS-4.0.0-5, and download the Jemboss GUI. To do in my
local machine, I change the runJemboss.sh in Installation Guide. When I run
the Jemboss, the screen shows

Java Env is JRE1.5.0_09

Can someone tell me how to solve the problem?
