[EMBOSS] Problem Installing Jemboss

Hi

For EMBOSS you need zlib, libgd and libpng all in one place and this is what
the script checks for. So you may need to ensure that is the case and if
necessary use the  --with-pngdriver (on option when you run the install
script) flag to define where.
