[EMBOSS] Fuzznuc ignoring start and end

Hi folks,

fuzznuc and also fuzzpro are ignoring the start and end params I am giving it.

fuzznuc -pattern rccatgg -sbegin1 75834 -send1 96013 -sequence ac087388.fasta
