It's emboss at emboss.open-bio.org for the main list and
     emboss-bug at emboss.open-bio.org  for bug reports

Thanks for pointing out the VIENNA error. I've put a replacement
VIENNA-1.6.tar.gz on the ftp server. That should fix the problem.
