It depends what you mean.

If you want to extract the transcript sequence from a genomic  
sequence with an mRNA feature defined in its header then you can use  
coderet.

If you want to figure out where the exon positions are in a sequence  
and you have an mRNA and a genomic sequence then you can use est2genome.

If you just want to view the header annotation then entret will give  
you that.
