[EMBOSS] EMBOSS explorer

Hi Luke
I would like to install EMBOSS explorer for the first time. I downloaded the 
source, but it says it needs some CPAN modules. I found those modules but do 
not know how to use them. How to install the whole package or is there any 
basic literature to read about it?
