[EMBOSS] wEMBOSS-1.3 announcement

This is to announce version 1.3 of wEMBOSS, a web interface for EMBOSS.
wEMBOSS-1.3 has a clever interface and contains Jalview and ATV applets 
for multiple alignment and tree visualization.
It also includes wrappers4EMBOSS package as an optional install.
If you choose to install also the wrappers do not forget to look at the 
INSTALL file in its directory for important requirements.
wEMBOSS can be downloaded from http://www.wemboss.org
