[EMBOSS] little question about EMBOSS win

I only recently downloaded EMBOSSWIN and was very pleased with the result
(thanks, André). It was easy to instal and I have not seen any problems with
the applications that I have tried.

However, I would prefer not to work in a DOS window most of the time and it
would be nice to run the programs from Staden's Spin, which I had installed
on my Windows XP machine before installing EMBOSSWIN. The Windows version of
Spin shows all the Emboss programs greyed out - is it possible to direct
Spin to the EMBOSSWIN folder, what file would need to be modified to do
that? Surprisingly, although Spin has not identified the EMBOSSWIN
applications, it has picked up the settings I made in emboss.ini to get data
from EBI and Entrez.
