[EMBOSS] little question about EMBOSS win

The first version of EMBOSSWIN was released in May 2003.
The latest version was released in October 2003; it's a port of EMBOSS 
version 2.7.1 (see 
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/ablavier/embosswin/embosswin.html).
Indeed, EMBOSSWIN is still under construction, and will probably always 
be. I didn't receive a lot of feedback about this Windows port, so it is 
only maintained on demand.
