Hi

how should I define the DB pdb [ ? ? ..? ] entry in .embossrc, to 
retrieve coordinates-files from Protein Data Bank (pdb), via 'entret' 
from url: http://srs.ebi.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wgetz ?
