[EMBOSS] question about "recoder" tool

Hi,

I have the Emboss version  2.7.1 installed on our servers.
I try to execute the "recoder" tool as below.

   > recoder
   Remove restriction sites but maintain the same translation
   Nucleic acid sequence: seq.test
   Comma separated enzyme list [all]:
   Results file name [aa749534.recoder]:

      EMBOSS An error in recoder.c at line 380:
   Aborting...restriction file not found


It seems to not found the restriction file. Where can I get one ? And where put
it in Emboss directory ?
