[EMBOSS] cannot compile a single program

CVS version is still downloading... :)
I'm trying to add some programs to our current emboss version (2.6.0) so I'm
working under the distribution directory of EMBOSS-2.6.0
I've added BLAST and FASTA wrappers without any trouble by adding entries in
emboss/Makefile.am and doing a 'make blast_wrapper'
