[EMBOSS] can't access databases indexed by dbifasta

You must have the index files in separate directories because the
indices made by the dbi* programs always have the same names (acnum.hit,
acnum.trg, division.lkb, entryname.idx etc.)

If you have the database files in the same directory, you must put the
index files in other directories (maybe sub-directories?) and specify
the directory name by:
indexdirectory
