[EMBOSS] Plplot

Hello,
I am installing EMBOSS on a RHL 9.0 box. It was installed very neatly. But when i tried to see a output on PLPLOT. There was an error message.
 
something like
 
Set PLPLOT_LIB to plplot/lib under Emboss directory
 
What does this mean? and how am i to rectify the problem?? plz help.
