The HGMP protein structure applications are now in the EMBASSY package 
"domainatrix" (they moved there in EMBOSS 2.5.0)

domainatrix is available on the EMBOSS FTP server. The applications run 
exactly as EMBOSS applications. You install EMBOSS first, then install 
EMBASSY applications in the embassy directory. Details are in the FAQ 
file in the EMBOSS distribution.
