I am trying to calulate normalized consensus hydropathicity values for a given seq using PEPINFO. It uses Eaa_hyropathy.dat file which has Kyte-Doo indices, OHM and consensus values. Are the consensus ones same as normalized consensus scale (ref:Eisenberg D.; Schwarz E.; Komarony M.; Wall R. J. Mol. Biol. 1984, 179, 125-142) ? Thanks for any feedback. -Geetha.
