[EMBOSS] Jemboss 1.1 signed files

Hi,

I was wondering how to take the 1.1.zip and create signed files so I can
put them in my webserver tree.

I imagined it was just a case of taking the jar files and replacing the
old versions in

/share/EMBOSS/jemboss/lib [axis] with the new ones and then running
makeJNLP.sh again?

However I am left with the two new files

grout.jar
JembossPrintAlignment.jar

What do I do with them?
