help regarding Rebaseextract

HAI,

Thank you for your kind help.

Yes, I have downloaded files
embossre.enz,embossre.sup,embossre.ref in my system.

But still I am unable to run REBASEEXTRACT , its
giving 
an error as follows :

 " EMBOSS An error in rebaseextract.c at line 125:
   Invalid withrefm file "

So help me how to clear this problem and to run
rebaseextract.
